 Rollers (nylon pictured)
Centura and Relante doors have steel wheel, ball-bearing rollers. Affina doors include high cycle nylon rollers with steel ball bearings to provide superior noise reduction. Nylon rollers (quiet) may be added to any door

Energy-Saving Insulation
Our state-of-the-art polyurethane insulation gives Affina and Centura doors the industry's highest R-values (R 18). For Decade II, optional expanded polystyrene board insulation ensures maximum protection against noise and weather.  

Custom-Fit Track

All Raynor custom-fit track is constructed from heavy-gauge steel for maximum stability and long life. Made specifically to order, our track is adjustable so your door always fits perfectly against your door opening.

Low head room track kits are NOT standard and are a cost add on.

Effective Weatherseal
To help keep out wind and rain, Raynor Innovations Series™ doors feature a vinyl bottom weatherseal attached to a sturdy aluminum retainer. For further protection, an optional perimeter weatherseal runs along the exterior top and sides of your door.

 Nylon Rollers
Standard with Affina model is the high cycle nylon roller system.
Also the unique joining of sections keeps the weather outside.
Nylon rollers may be added to any door.

Aviator Belt-Drive Opener
The smooth running, belt-drive Aviator opener pictured above features a ½ horsepower motor for powerful, reliable operation. Our high-strength polyurethane belt is reinforced with sturdy, flexible steel cords that withstand daily cycling for maximum durability. Aviator openers are also equipped with a Motor Vibration Isolation System, a revolutionary "floating motor" design that eliminates powerhead vibration, resulting in smooth, quiet performance. Safety and security features include the PosiLock™ Security System, adjustable light delay, and Protector System® photo eyes. Aviator openers come standard with a Premium Multi-Function Control Panel and Safety Signal™ transmitters. Aviator openers feature a lifetime motor and drive belt warranty.

Prodigy Wall-Mount Opener
The DC Motor jackshaft operation of the Prodigy offers an exceptional solution for garages that don't allow for a traditional garage door opener. The ultra-quiet, space-saving, wall-mounted jackshaft opener is ideal for applications with space limitations, as well as situations with oversized doors or custom track configurations. Raynor Prodigy mounts easily on the wall beside the garage door and comes with a remote 200-watt light that can be positioned anywhere in the garage. Admiral Battery backup Belt Dr…

Raynor Admiral features the quiet reliability of a belt drive opener combined with a battery backup. Even when the power is off, Admiral continues to work. Equipped with EverCharge® Raynor Standby Power, Admiral operates up to 40 cycles within a 24-hour period and recharges automatically when the power comes back on. In addition, the unit is provided with dual lights and lens covers (200 watts of light power), a premium remote control with rolling code security and the Smart Control Panel™ - a premium motion detecting wall control that displays the time and inside garage temperature, as well as important system status messages. Safety and security features include the PosiLock™ Security System, adjustable light delay, and Protector System® photo eyes.
